Mike S.

Mike S. has extensive experience in the field of IT services, particularly at Simon Fraser University, where since January 1992, roles have evolved from a developer and team lead to the current position of Associate Director, Learning and Community Systems within IT Services. Prior to this, Mike S. managed various positions at SFU Microcomputer Store, progressing from part-time sales associate to Store Manager. Earlier in the career, Mike S. worked at Friendlyware Computers, Inc., from September 1982 to September 1993, gaining foundational skills in sales and technical support for personal computing, as well as experience in building, repairing, and configuring computers.
