Sandhya Ghai

Sandhya Ghai currently serves as the Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Simon Fraser University since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sandhya was the National Manager for the GBA+ Project at AMSSA from July to September 2023 and held several positions at MOSAIC between February 2012 and September 2023, including Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Program Lead for the Resilience BC Anti-Racism Network. Sandhya has extensive experience in English language instruction, having taught at The University of British Columbia, Langara College, and Language Studies Canada. Sandhya holds a Master's degree in Adult Education and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia and Guru Nanak Dev University, respectively, along with an Intercultural Practitioner Certificate from NorQuest College and a TESL Certificate from The University of British Columbia.
