Sean Jordan

Sean Jordan, Ph.D., currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point since June 2023 and holds the position of Country Co-Investigator at Simon Fraser University since January 2021, where key accomplishments include primary research leadership for the 2020 GLOBE project. Additionally, Jordan has been a Strategic Planner for the United States Army Reserve since April 2012, overseeing mission alignment with organizational initiatives, and is involved in research and grant writing for the Center for Junior Officers Leadership Fellowship at the United States Military Academy at West Point since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Jordan was an Operations Manager at Amazon from February 2017 to May 2021, focusing on inventory management and employee engagement strategies. Educationally, Jordan earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Augsburg University, a BS in Clinical Psychology from Augsburg University, and attended the University of Minnesota.
