Shannon de Groot

Shannon De Groot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational and operational leadership. Currently serving as Director of MECS at Simon Fraser University, Shannon also operates as a Senior Consultant in a freelance capacity. Previous roles include Director of Operations at International Conference Services (ICS), Head of School Delivery and Head of Professional Development at the International Baccalaureate, and Senior Project Specialist at the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE). Shannon is pursuing further education at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, with an academic background from the University of Waterloo.
