Christel Counsil

Christel Counsil has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as an Import Export Specialist at Alfred Jahn GmbH & Co. KG Klavier- und Pianoteile. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Public Service Administrator at Illinois State Lottery. In 2004, they joined Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions (formerly Hegele Logistic) as the Global Director of Human Resources.

Christel Counsil has a strong educational background with a focus on psychology and human resources management. Christel obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same institution, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Christel has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills.
