Elchin Farzaliyev

Elchin Farzaliyev is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Lead Technical Specialist at Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions since March 2022. Previously, Elchin held positions including Head of Technical Department at AzSmart Azerbaijan and at Komtec Ltd. LLC "MilliÖn." With a strong background in system security administration from the Azerbaijan Writers Union, Elchin began a career as an IT Specialist at Franklin Offshore and ITSC. Elchin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan Cooperation University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
