Allison Dupuy is a member of the Board and the Managing Partner at Simon-Kucher. Allison has over fifteen years of experience in strategy consulting and life sciences. Allison has worked with some of the largest pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies in the world on issues such as market entry, portfolio strategy, commercial operations, and M&A.

Allison began their career as a Research Fellow at Yale University, where they worked for five years before joining Simon-Kucher as a Consultant. Allison quickly rose through the ranks at Simon-Kucher, becoming a Senior Consultant, Director, Senior Director, and finally Partner. In their role as Partner, Allison was a global life sciences strategy expert.

In January 2015, Allison left Simon-Kucher to join the Board and become the Managing Partner at Simon-Kucher. In this role, Allison is responsible for leading the firm’s strategy and operations.

Allison Dupuy has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, an M.Phil. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, and a B.A. with Honors in Physics with a minor in Biology and a concentration in Math from Wellesley College.
