Conrad Heider serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Simon-Kucher since September 2020, driving strategic scaling and management of central functions to enhance global service delivery. In addition, Conrad is the Global Head of Digital for Simon-Kucher Elevate, promoting growth through digital initiatives, data, AI, and machine learning across multiple regions. Prior experience includes a Principal role at Kearney, focusing on digital transformation and project management for various industries, as well as leadership positions at Freeletics and Decision Institute, where Conrad specialized in business intelligence, data analysis, and economic strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics, a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance, and a Bachelor of Science in European Studies from Maastricht University.
