Sarah Wallace

Sarah Wallace serves as the Director of HR for the UK at Simon-Kucher & Partners since January 2020, having previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarah's career began at Reed as a Graduate Trainee, progressing to HR Coordinator at Friends of the Earth. Sarah then became the HR Manager at Sayer Vincent, leading HR initiatives within an accountancy practice and establishing the HR function during a period of growth. Prior to this, Sarah worked at SSAT in various roles, including Operational Director of Organisational Development and Head of Human Resources, where significant change management and HR strategy implementation took place. Sarah holds a BA, Hons in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
