Jacqueline Marchal

Jacqueline Marchal is currently the Team Leader of HR Services, Projects & HR Advice at Simon Loos since June 2023. Prior to this role, Marchal served as an HR Business Partner at Sanquin from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included advising on HR policy and labor law issues, contributing to initiatives in vitality and learning & development, and representing HR in management teams. Marchal's previous experience also includes working as a Senior HR Advisor at Lagardère Travel Retail the Netherlands, where strategic HR policies were developed and HR projects were managed, and as an HR Business Partner at Lidl Nederland, overseeing HR operations across a large geographic area. Additional roles included positions at USG Restart, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ebbinge & Company, and Rabobank. Marchal holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
