Stef Baten

Stef Baten is a logistics professional with extensive experience in optimizing logistical processes and improving operational efficiencies. Currently serving as a Logistics Engineer at Simon Loos since May 2023, Stef is focused on enhancing logistics through data analysis and route optimization. Previous roles include Tactical Planner and Board Member for a CPO project to create affordable housing, and Operational Manager for TMA Logistics, overseeing operational management of rolling stock. Stef has also worked as a Logistics Consultant and Transport Planner in several organizations, including TMA Logistics and Peter Appel Transport. Stef holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies Logistics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has completed various internships that contributed to logistics and process improvement.
