Daniel Laurencin is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director for Simon Luxembourg at Simon Property Group since May 2017, Daniel oversees a portfolio of ten Designer Outlet properties across Europe and one in Canada. Prior to this role, Daniel held key positions including CEO/CFO at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Luxembourg, and CFO at CBRE Global Investors, where Daniel led the Luxembourg operations from January 2010 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Daniel served as Director at RBC Dexia Investor Services, focusing on technical sales in real estate and private equity, and held positions in audit management at Deloitte and Interaudit S. à r.l., managing audits for investment funds and commercial entities.
