Emmanuel Cronier

Emmanuel Cronier has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a board member for Simon European Ventures at Simon Property Group since May 2008. Previously, Emmanuel held significant roles at McArthurGlen Group, including Managing Director Europe and Vice President of the International Division, where notable achievements included establishing a joint venture in 2013 and facilitating key acquisitions. At Unibail-Rodamco, Emmanuel advanced as Chief Investment Officer Retail France and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Rodamco France. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ÆRIUM, GE Capital, HP, Mazars, and KPMG, complemented by education from ISC Paris, certification as a CPA, and participation as an alumni of Crotonville.
