Erika Hickman

Erika Hickman, CSM, is an accomplished Area General Manager at Simon Property Group since June 2014, recognized for excellence as an Employee of the Month, Best of the Best GM, and a sustainability contest winner. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager for College Mall and Briarwood, and a General Manager role at Starwood Retail Partners LLC, where Erika specialized in shopping center management. Earlier career highlights include a significant tenure at Westfield, advancing from Assistant General Manager to General Manager, overseeing a large regional mall and commercial office space. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Southeast Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Xavier University of Louisiana.
