Jessica Higgins

Jessica Higgins, MBA, brings extensive experience in utility billing and lease accounting, currently serving as Manager of Utility Billing at Simon Property Group since August 2007. In this role, Jessica oversees training and coordination for direct reports, managing utility account operations and the tracking of unknown accounts. Previous positions at Simon Property Group include Supervisor of Energy Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Consolidation Process, and Billing Analyst I & II, focusing on multi-utility billing systems. Jessica's career began at Flagstar Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, where strong communication skills and software proficiency were utilized to enhance customer service. Jessica holds an MBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
