Jessica Subick

Jessica Subick is currently the Director of Big Box Development at Simon Property Group, a position held since September 2021, focusing on commercial real estate development. Prior experience includes serving as a Development Associate at The Garrett Co from July 2020 to September 2021 and as Development Manager - Malls at Simon Property Group from November 2012 to June 2020. In the Development Manager role, responsibilities included managing a portfolio of regional malls, developing long-term visions, and creatively redeveloping underperforming spaces. Additionally, Jessica has held positions as a Financial Analyst and Financial Operations Analyst, where key tasks involved cash flow analysis, budget management, lease administration, and tenant collections. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Indiana University Indianapolis and has attended Indiana University Bloomington and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School.
