Michael Timmerman

Michael Timmerman has over a decade of experience in the retail and insurance sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Specialty Leasing for the Central and Midwest Region at Simon Property Group since September 2012. Throughout the tenure at Simon Property Group, Michael Timmerman has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of New Business Development and Regional Director of Specialty Leasing. Prior to this, Michael Timmerman worked at Farmers Insurance as a Sales Agent and managed operations at Menards. Michael Timmerman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business from 2004 to 2008.
