Sydney Spott

Sydney Spott is a dedicated litigation paralegal at Simon & Simon, PC, with experience dating back to March 2019. Prior to this role, Sydney held positions as a sales lead at Ann Taylor, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations and managing associates, and as a college and career ambassador with AmeriCorps, assisting students in planning post-secondary options. Additional experience includes serving as a research assistant in the Mechanisms of Affective Dysregulation Lab, focusing on informed consent and therapy video coding, and working as front of house staff at the Temple Performing Arts Center. Sydney earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2018.
