Henry Botticello has extensive experience in the finance industry. Henry started their career as Vice President and Controller at Stanley Fastening Systems, where they worked from 1992 to 1996. Henry then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Stanley Works Europe, a position they held from 1996 to 2000. During their time at Stanley Works Europe, they were responsible for corporate finance strategy and execution for the $500M European division. After that, Henry joined Simonds International as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role, they led all aspects of corporate finance, including acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP implementation. Henry successfully completed over 10 acquisitions and over 5 divestitures and played a vital role in optimizing the company's capital structure and reshaping its portfolio. Henry is recognized for supporting the CEO's agenda through analysis for portfolio management, acquisition identification, diligence, negotiation, and integration.

Henry Botticello attended Central Connecticut State University from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
