Lizzie Ridout has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Lizzie started working at Tessa Edwards Ltd as a Studio Manager from December 2011 to May 2012. Lizzie then joined Simone Rocha in June 2012 and took up the role of Head of Special Projects/Studio Manager. During their time there, they played a crucial role in setting up and opening flagship stores in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Lizzie also oversaw the development and production of seasonal imagery and limited edition books, collaborating with renowned photographers such as Perry Ogden, Roni Horn, Louise Bourgeois, Jackie Nickerson, Colin Dodgson, and Jacob Lillis. Later on, Lizzie became the Brand Director at Simone Rocha, directing the overall brand voice and messaging and managing the studio team and collaboration across all departments. Prior to their time at Simone Rocha, they worked in sales for Comme des Garcons at Dover Street Market from September 2008 to June 2012.

Lizzie Ridout attended Putney High School for an unspecified period of time, which is their secondary education. After completing secondary school, they enrolled at the University of the Arts London from 2007 to 2011. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Design Technology with a specialization in Womenswear.
