Sarah Sweeney

Sarah Sweeney is a Senior Knitwear Designer at Simone Rocha since April 2023, with prior experience as a Knitwear Designer focusing on women’s and men’s knitwear. Sweeney has also served as a Visiting Fashion Knitwear Lecturer at Kingston University and held the position of MW Senior Knitwear Designer at Burberry for a brief tenure in 2022. Previous roles include Knitwear Designer at MCQ and a Freelance Knitwear Swatch Designer at M Lab, with additional experience as an Assistant Knitwear Designer for Xiao Li and a Knitwear Designer for Christopher Raeburn. Sweeney began their career with a Design Internship at Cooperative Designs in 2010. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Womenswear Knitwear from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Womenswear (Knitwear) from Ravensbourne University London.
