Cristina Arredondo

Cristina Arredondo is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle management, financial services, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager at SimonMed Imaging since April 2023, Cristina also founded the Dr. Jose J Gamboa Foundation in January 2019. Prior roles include Director of Patient Financial Services/Revenue Cycle at Tenet Health Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue cycle activities and managing the Central Business Office teams, and Associate Director of Finance & Administration at UT Health San Antonio, where achievements included implementing a Chronic Care Management Program that significantly enhanced patient care and revenue. Cristina's career also encompasses impactful positions at CHRISTUS Health, Gonzaba Medical Group, and CentroMed, demonstrating a strong track record of improving operational efficiencies and financial performance. Educated at Trinity University with a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, Cristina also holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
