Fanny Laune

Fanny Laune is a partner at Simont Braun and specializes in Dispute Resolution, particularly in insolvency proceedings. Currently, they also serve as a certified mediator for civil and commercial matters and work as a scientific collaborator at the Université libre de Bruxelles in the Civil Procedure unit. Fanny completed an LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley, and has previously held a position as a lawyer at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick from 2007 to 2016. They have been a teaching assistant at ULB for over a decade and continue to engage with the university as a researcher in civil procedure.
