Thomas Braun

Thomas Braun is a partner at Simont Braun and specializes in real estate and construction law, where they represent clients in mediation and litigation. They served as a partner at Boccart Bigwood from 1993 to 1999 and have been with Simont Braun since 1999. An accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters, Thomas is involved with the “Commission fédérale médiation” and the “Chambre de conciliation et d’arbitrage en matière immobilière” (C.C.A.I.). Thomas contributed to the “Guide de droit immobilier” and regularly publishes in the “Cahiers de droit immobilier.” They earned degrees in law from the Facultés universitaires 'Notre-Dame de la Paix'​ and the Université catholique de Louvain.
