Richard Shea is an accomplished executive level retail and CPG go-to-market strategist with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Simpactful since September 2016, Richard Shea contributes to a network of top industry professionals focused on driving innovation and impact. Prior to this role, Richard Shea spent nearly 35 years at The Kroger Co., culminating as Senior Director of Health and Beauty Care and Non-Food Merchandising before retirement in February 2016. Richard Shea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from John Carroll University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
