Tanya Hines

Tanya Hines is the CEO and Principal of Hines + Associates since July 2022, a management consulting firm that offers strategy, advisory, marketing, sales, and implementation services. Previously, Tanya served as the Vice President of Global Commercial Excellence at Clarios from May 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading global commercial functions. Earlier roles also included Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Johnson Controls and Founding CEO of Hines + Associates from 2010 to 2017. Tanya's career includes significant leadership positions at Johnson Publishing Company and Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities spanned customer business development, strategy, and organizational capability. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.
