Roman Știrbu

Roman Știrbu serves as the CEO of SIMPALS since August 2003, where responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic direction. In addition, Roman holds board member positions at Startup Moldova since November 2023 and at ATIC since March 2019, contributing to the growth of the startup ecosystem and the ICT sector in the Republic of Moldova. Roman is also a member of Moldova IT Park since January 2018, focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of the local IT industry. Roman's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in product management, game and interactive media design, and marketing, complemented by a foundational degree from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.
