Jim Williamson

Jim Williamson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Simpatico since July 2020 and as CEO of Williamson Consulting Group since March 2020, Jim has also held the position of Performance Coach at Full Focus from February 2021 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Jim was President of FreshPoint Nashville and Executive Vice President of FreshPoint South Florida from July 2005 to November 2019. Jim's career began at The Impact Movement, where Jim served as Chief Operating Officer from July 1995 to July 2005. Jim Williamson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Howard University.
