Dinah Harter is the Head of Client Success at SIMPEL, responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, and teaching the product to clients. Prior to this role, Dinah worked at Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East as a Senior Account Executive and Customer Experience Senior Executive, where Dinah spearheaded account management activities and implemented customer satisfaction programs. With a background in Business Administration & International Marketing, Dinah has also interned at Mercedes-Benz AG, assisting with budget calculations and dealer performance analysis.
