Shourya Basu

Shourya Basu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2000 with Kana Software, where they worked as a Client Principle and Kana Response Support team lead. In 2003, they moved to KPIT as a Release Manager. In 2004, they worked as a Program Manager for Kaiser Permanente and began their own company, Small Axe Consulting, Inc. In 2008, they began their MBA program at Haas School of Business and graduated in 2011. In 2010, they began working at Blue Shield of California as a Senior Manager, eBusiness. Finally, in 2009, they co-founded Simple But Needed, Inc., where they currently serve as CEO.

Shourya Basu attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their MBA. Shourya also attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1995 to 1999.
