Srinidhi Lakshmanan is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood and elementary education. Currently serving as Associate Director of Learning & Insights at Simple Education Foundation since May 2021, Srinidhi also holds roles as Design Lead and Consultant in Research & Design. Prior experience includes mentoring at The Atelier (Early Childhood Studio), as well as independent consultancy in program design and evaluation for early years education and literacy initiatives. Srinidhi has contributed to significant projects with organizations like HBP School, AlphaBet Club, ShikshaLokam, and Azim Premji Foundation.
