Amey Kapadiya

Amey Kapadiya's work experience includes a role as a Principal Engineer at Simple Energy starting in January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Simple Energy from May 2020 to December 2020. Amey also has experience as a Technical Intern at Positive Metering Pumps from December 2019 to January 2020, where they focused on dosing pumps and conducted design and validation work. Amey also served as the Vice Captain of Nikola Racing at Kkwagh Engg. College from January 2019 to December 2019, leading the design, analysis, and manufacturing of the chassis for an electric two-wheeler. Amey was also the Design Lead for Nikola Racing from August 2018 to December 2018, where they designed and fabricated an electric bike with a unique 15-minute charging time. Additionally, Amey was a Technical Team Member in BAJA SAEINDIA at Kkwagh Engg. College from December 2017 to March 2018, participating in the design and manufacturing of an ATV and achieving a ranking of AIR3 in the megaATV competition.

Amey Kapadiya completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from K.K.Wagh institute of Engineering Education & Research, attending from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they pursued a certification in Project Management within the field of mechanical engineering at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2017 to 2018. In November 2018, Amey also obtained a certification in the "WORSHOP ON IOT" from E-Cell, IIT Bombay.
