Arpith D'Souza

Arpith D'Souza has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. They currently hold the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at Simple Energy. Prior to this, Arpith worked as a Specialist - Talent Acquisition at TE from May 2019 to December 2020. They also served as a Delivery Process Owner - TA at IBM from May 2015 to April 2019. Arpith began their career at RLE INDIA as an Executive - HR & Recruitment from July 2012 to April 2015.

Arpith D'Souza completed a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree in Human Resources at Mahajanas College Mysore from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at VVCE from 2009 to 2011.
