Prateek Naik

Prateek Naik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Prateek started their career at Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd in 2014 as a Production Executive, where they specialized in full bus body building and mig welding. Prateek then joined KAPTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2017 as a Junior Engineer, responsible for assembly and monitoring daily production targets. In 2019, they joined Ather Energy as a Service Engineer, where they focused on problem-solving and had experience in CAFV. Prateek then joined Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. in 2021 as a Proto Vehicle Assy Engineer, recording issues in proto builds. Currently, they are working at Simple Energy as a Proto Vehicle Development Engineer.

Prateek Naik attended Govt. Polytechnic College in Siddapur from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In July 2014, they completed a Welding Training program at the Foremen Training Institute (FTI). Prateek also obtained additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing from MEDHA SERVO DRIVES PVT LTD (MSDPL), and received one-day training related to Electric Vehicles (EV) and its components at Ather Energy.
