Madalina Niculescu

Madalina Niculescu has held various managerial positions since 2014. Madalina began as General Manager at Poncho 8 in 2014, then moved to Warrens Bakery Limited in 2017, where they also held the role of General Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of General Manager at Tortilla Mexican Grill. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Training Manager at SIMPLE Health Kitchen.

Madalina Niculescu is currently studying at the University of Roehampton, having started in 2018 and expected to complete their studies in 2022.
