Jeff Hopfenbeck

Jeff Hopfenbeck has been working in the business world for over ten years. Jeff started their career as a Fellow/Program Associate with El Pomar Foundation and Telluride Foundation. Jeff then became a Program Manager with Telluride Venture Accelerator, Telluride Venture Fund, Colorado Impact Fund, and Paradox Community Trust. In 2012, they were hired as a Community Partnerships Fellow with the Office of Governor John W. Hickenlooper. In 2015, they became a Blackstone Fellow with Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado. In 2016, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate in their Private equity & principal investors practice. In 2019, they became the CEO of Simple Homes.

Jeff Hopfenbeck graduated from Colorado Academy and then Whitman College with a BA in Politics. Jeff then went on to get their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.
