Kirby DeBates

Kirby DeBates has a diverse work experience in the finance and auditing fields. They started their career at KPMG in 2015 as part of the Global Advantage Program. In 2016, they interned at KPMG as an Audit Intern. They then joined KPMG as an Audit Associate in 2017 and worked in that role until 2019. Kirby progressed to become a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Kirby joined Simple Mills as a Senior Accountant and worked in that role until 2022. They then transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Simple Mills in 2022 and currently hold the position of Finance Manager since 2023.

Kirby DeBates obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University which took place between 2013 and 2017.
