Nicole Eltzroth

Nicole Eltzroth has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and supply chain management. Nicole started their career at PepsiCo/Quaker in 2001, where they held various roles including Sr. Associate in the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, Logistics Analyst, and Regional Transportation Manager. In 2004, they joined Accenture as a Supply Chain Consultant focusing on strategic sourcing. Nicole then returned to PepsiCo in 2005 and took on roles such as Supply Chain Capability Manager, Product Supply Manager, Sr. Asset Manager - Beverages, and Director of Supply Chain Planning for Foods & Snacks. In 2012, they joined McCain Foods as Director of Production Planning in the Integrated Supply Chain, and later became the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Optimization. Nicole joined Simple Mills in 2018 as the VP of Supply Chain and eventually progressed to the role of Sr. VP of Operations in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer at Simple Mills.

Nicole Eltzroth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
