Aaron Peterson

Aaron Peterson has diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Mark Sanford, where they provided administrative support and served as a local point of contact. Aaron later worked as a Campaign Marketer for Shannon Erickson for SC House District 124, implementing branding strategies and engaging voters through event marketing. In 2018, they became a Legal Intern at Ruff & Ruff LLC, gaining experience in estate and tax law. Aaron also served as the Pool Director at Beaufort Yacht and Sailing Club, leading a staff and ensuring the safety and upkeep of the club's aquatic facilities. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Legislative Page for the South Carolina House of Representatives, performing administrative duties and enhancing stakeholder relations skills. Aaron then worked as a Basketball Journalist for FanSided, creating and publishing content on NBA basketball. In 2022, they became an Assistant Account Manager at Division-D, optimizing digital marketing campaigns and monitoring performance. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Simple SEO Group, leading a team and managing client content and social media strategy.

Aaron Peterson attended Beaufort High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Aaron also pursued a minor in Spanish during their time at the university.
