Carol Caputo

Carol Caputo has a work experience starting in 1990 as the Director of HR and Administration at Computer Based Systems Inc, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Business Operations at Transition Partners Co. Following that, from 2014 to 2019, they served as an HR & Business Consultant at STSI. Currently, since 2018, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Simple Technology Solutions, Inc., where they focus on the installation, configuration, and optimization of Agile Software Development, DevOps & Cloud migration tools.

Carol Caputo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland, completing their degree in 1986. Carol specialized in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In terms of additional certifications, Carol obtained the Agile Project Management certification from ICAgile in February 2021. Carol also obtained the SAFe for Government certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2019. Furthermore, Carol received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2017.
