Betsey Hutton

Betsey Hutton, Business Development Principal, joined the STS leadership team to build on STS’s successful track record of architecting and implementing cloud solutions in the federal civilian market. Hutton’s responsibilities focus on enhancing business development strategies and practices, and establishing and managing high-value strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining STS, Betsey was the Business Development Executive for Octo Consulting’s Federal Civilian and DHS Business Unit. She also spent 4 years at ICF International as the Director of Business Development for Federal Information Technology and Director of Alliances for ICF’s commercial business.

Betsey holds a BA in Rhetoric from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an MAS in Conflict Resolution from the University of Basel-Centre for Advanced Studies.
