Elizabeth Boudreau

Elizabeth Boudreau currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Simple Title Closing and Escrow since April 2023. Previously, Elizabeth was a Business Development Consultant at Lamacchia Realty, Inc. from December 2020 to April 2023, focusing on helping real estate agents streamline their operations and improve efficiency. With extensive experience in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire residential markets, Elizabeth represents buyers, sellers, and investors across various property types. Elizabeth has also held positions including REALTOR® at LAER Realty Partners and Commercial Real Estate Associate at NAI Global, alongside other roles in housing coordination and banking. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Elizabeth has a strong foundation in finance and business development.
