Partha Chail has been working in the software engineering industry since 2000. Partha began their career as a Software Engineer at Digital Care India Pvt Ltd, where they developed an accounting module for a hospital using Digital Unix and Oracle Forms. In 2002, they moved to Paragon Solution as a Consultant and worked on SASI (US Education software) in C++. In 2003, they took a position at Lionbridge as a Software Engineer, where they worked on US Railtrack signalling systems and utilized templates extensively along different design patterns. In 2004, they joined Geometric Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2005, they moved to 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited as a Senior Software Engineer and worked on CATIA Filemenu enhancement and maintenance project. In 2007, they joined Bentley Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and developed a binary compatibility check tool to find differences between two versions of SDK. In 2012, they joined LSI Corporation as a Software Engineer Staff. In 2014, they moved to Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer and worked on SDK of Network acceleration engine in C and developed a functional model in C++ for hardware engine. Partha also developed a performance analysis framework for analyzing regex rules and a framework for faster offline execution of machines using sockets and Ethernet packets. Currently, they are employed at SimpleMachines, Inc. as a Software Engineer.

Partha Chail's education history includes a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Amravati University from 1997 to 2000, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics from SFS college, Nagpur from 1994 to 1997, a Higher Secondary (12th) from Anandamath Vidyapith from 1991 to 1993, and a Secondary Education (10th) from Ramakrishna mission boys home high school, Khardha from 1985 to 1991.
