Josh also has experience as a Technology Sales Representative at Staples from June to December 2019, where they provided technical expertise to customers and assisted with computer troubleshooting and repair. Josh started their career as a Customer Service Lead at Food Lion from January 2018 to June 2019, where they assisted managers and worked with cashiers in difficult situations. Prior to that, they worked as a Cashier from July 2016 to December 2017, where they provided friendly service, accepted customer payments, and assisted with item location.

Josh Giampaolo attended Mitchell Community College from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Networking with a specialization in Network and System Administration. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate in June 2021, from Microsoft.
