Scott Sabutis

Scott Sabutis is an accomplished management consultant and process improvement professional with extensive experience spanning several industries, including aerospace, healthcare, and consumer services. Since January 2016, Scott has served as Associate Partner in Strategic Business Development at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, where significant focus has been placed on cultural and organizational transformations. Prior roles include Lean Specialist at Esterline Mason, where Scott led the implementation of the Esterline Operating System, and Lean Specialist at Esterline BVR, where foundational continuous improvement programs were established. Scott's career also features positions such as Lean Coordinator at SPX Fluid Power and International Sales Coordinator at Parker Hannifin. Scott holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Management from Rockford University, complemented by additional education at Kettering University and Milwaukee School of Engineering.
