They have trained over 1,800 hospital leaders across more than 150 hospitals on Lean concepts and strategies, significantly enhancing efficiency and revenue. Currently a Senior Managing Consultant at Simpler Consulting, Terry also owns LeanConsultingWorks, LLC, and has taught various courses in Lean Deployment and Operations Management for 18 years. Having served 25 years in the United States Air Force, they led Lean initiatives for a large organization in Europe, saving millions through strategic improvements.
