Nikhil Soares

Nikhil Soares has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nikhil is currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at SimpleTire since November 2021. Nikhil is also an Advisory Board Member at Boomerang since November 2021 and at Hive Brands since July 2020.

Prior to these roles, Nikhil worked as the SVP Supply Chain at Moda Operandi, Inc from October 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Walmart eCommerce from November 2017 to August 2019, where they were responsible for the Home division's supply chain operations.

Nikhil spent a significant portion of their career at Nike, where they held various senior roles. Nikhil was the Senior Director of North America Replenishment from September 2014 to September 2017 and the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy and Performance from January 2011 to August 2014.

Prior to their tenure at Nike, Nikhil worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Operations from June 1998 to January 2011. Nikhil specialized in supply chain strategy and operations consulting across various industries.

Nikhil started their professional journey as a Software Engineer at Mahindra British Telecom from June 1995 to May 1996.

Nikhil Soares began their education at Don Bosco High School in Matunga, where they studied from 1978 to 1989. After completing high school, they attended D.G. Ruparel College from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained their HSC degree. Following this, from 1991 to 1995, they attended Victoria Jubilee Tech Institute, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics.

In 1996, Nikhil Soares started studying at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, until 1998. The degree and field of study for this period are not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Nikhil Soares obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2003, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Deloitte. In 2005, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from the APICS Supply Chain Council.
