Paula Longo-Gilligan M.B.A, CRCR has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning in 1996 with Quest Diagnostics as Manager, Invoices and Claims, progressing to Supervisor, Support Services, and then Manager, Third Party Payor Relations. In 2002, they moved to DaVita Kidney Care as Regional Registration Manager, then Regional Revenue Manager, Manager, Revenue Integrity, and Manager, Patient Admissions Services, Revenue Integrity, Imaging. In 2013, they began working as a Group Exercise Instructor SPIN for Sweat Fitness, and in 2014 they became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for FACTS Fitness. In 2018, they took on the role of Director Revenue Cycle for Azura Vascular Care, and in 2021 they became Director Billing Services for Ensemble Health Partners. Paula is currently Associate Director, Denials Management at UHS, and is also a Group Fitness Instructor-UM Community Ctr for Simplex Health.

Paula Longo-Gilligan M.B.A, CRCR received their MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1998, majoring in Business Admin - Mgt. Paula obtained their BS from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1987, majoring in Management. In March 2022, they earned their Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
