Shilpjit Kaur is an experienced Human Resources Specialist currently freelancing since January 2024, following a long-standing tenure at SIMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED, where Shilpjit has held the positions of Chief Manager Human Resources and Chief Human Resource Manager since May 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research (2006), a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Sciences from MCM DAV College, Chandigarh (2004), and a High School diploma in Science from BRS, West Bengal (2001).
