Jesús Infantes Celis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jesús'smost recent role is as the Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance - South América at SIMPLi. In this position, they oversee the supply chain procurement team, ensuring internal controls are followed throughout the region. Jesús focuses on supporting a sustainable supply chain and fighting against food fraud, working with agricultural communities in Perú and South América. Jesús is also involved in promoting the Regenerative Organic System and its agricultural principles and practices.

Jesús held various positions, including Jefe de Calidad y Asuntos Regulatorios, where they managed quality and safety in production processes and supply chains at a corporate level. Jesús also handled complaints and regulatory affairs related to quality assurance, environment, and occupational health and safety. Jesús also served as Encargado de Calidad Corporativo and Encargado de Calidad Planta during their time at Pastelería San Antonio.

Earlier in their career, Jesús served as an Inspector de Calidad at Municipalidad de San Borja and as an Asesor Comercial at Nutra Care SAC. Jesús started their professional journey as an Asistente de Investigador Principal - LID at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.

Jesús Infantes Celis began their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidad Ricardo Palma, which they completed between 1998 and 2003. Jesús then pursued further education and completed a diploma in Food Control and Quality Management at the same university in 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Jesús obtained a Master's degree in International Marketing from ESAN Graduate School of Business. Continuing their academic journey, they completed a short course on Quality Management at SGS Academy Perú in 2017.
